Extensive 20 years’ experience working with consumer and healthcare brands at Board level in the UK and Europe. Nehal joined the Company in 2023, and leads our C-Suite on all strategic areas of the business. He has a vision for innovation and sustainable growth.
Prior to Comfort Click, Nehal worked in Investment Banking, publicly listed companies in corporate development and a top 5 accountancy practice. He has played pivotal part in leading transformational changes in company roles.
Nehal holds a degree in Economics and a Masters degree in Finance. When he’s not working, he enjoys running long-distance, travelling and spending quality time with family.

Huzefa Motorwala is the Chief Operating Officer at Comfort Click, with nearly two decades of experience driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
He began his journey with Comfort Click in 2007 as a Customer Service Representative in India before relocating to the UK in 2012 to lead international customer support. In 2015, he was promoted to Procurement, Compliance, and Logistics Manager, playing a key role in the creation and expansion of WeightWorld, Animigo, and the relaunch of maxmedix.
As General Manager from 2019, Huzefa led the company’s transformation, driving rapid revenue growth through strategic expansion and operational improvements. In 2024, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer, overseeing all aspects of Comfort Click’s operations and growth strategy.
Leading a global team of over 300 members, Huzefa is deeply invested in talent development, ensuring the next generation of leaders is prepared to drive continued success. His vision and leadership remain instrumental in Comfort Click’s ongoing growth and innovation.

Over the past six years, Shankar has played a key role in the company’s remarkable growth, earning five promotions along the way. Before joining Comfort Click, Shankar began his career at Amazon as a Catalog Associate, progressing to a Lead role before making the transition. His journey from an entry-level position to a leadership role is a testament to his dedication, resilience, and belief that success comes to those who take ownership and put in the effort.
At Comfort Click, Shankar has continuously demonstrated his ability to take initiative and deliver results, contributing to the company’s culture of accountability, innovation, and a proactive mindset. He firmly believes that those who put in the effort and give their 100% will find significant growth opportunities within the company.
As General Manager, Shankar leads a talented team with a focus on driving operational excellence, optimizing efficiencies, and fostering a high-performance culture. Mel joined Comfort Click in October 2023 as Head of Finance, bringing extensive experience in financial leadership within the eCommerce sector. Prior to joining the company, Mel held key finance roles at leading U.S. eCommerce businesses, including StockX, a global online marketplace, and Ancestry.com, a subscription-based platform specializing in family history research, where she also qualified as an ACCA accountant.
Since joining Comfort Click, Mel has built a cross-functional finance team, strengthening existing processes and controls while evolving them to support the company’s continued growth. She is committed to developing talent within her team and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Outside of work, Mel is a dedicated supporter of her daughter's swimming career and spends much of her time poolside, cheering her on.

Starting as a trainee, she has earned five promotions, now serving as Head of Procurement, Compliance & Logistics. Before Comfort Click, Kanika gained extensive expertise in supply chain operations.
Throughout her career, Kanika has demonstrated resilience, hard work, and a commitment to excellence. She leads a talented team in procurement, compliance, and logistics, empowering them to achieve outstanding results and contribute to the company’s growth.

Le-Roy joined the company 2023 in Comfort Click's infancy at our Sevenoaks branch as a Warehouse Manager. His leadership, indefatigable work ethic, calmness and patience has culminated into being promoted to Head of Warehouse Operations. Le-Roy oversees all aspects of our warehouse, from managing staff and optimising workflows to ensuring that safety protocols are followed.
With extensive experience in logistics and warehouse management, Le-Roy has deep understanding of supply chain processes and is dedicated to improving efficiency and performance at every level. Under Le-Roy's leadership, the warehouse team is able to consistently meet goals and deliver exceptional service to our customers.
