Job Summary

• Create and execute design layouts and develop artwork for a variety of print and web projects.
• Interfacing with the Design Manager as well as the Team Lead for briefings and pitches.
• Should be aware of the latest trends in design (both print and web).
• Thinking creatively to produce new ideas.
• Ability to conceptualize and transform Ideas into effective Communication in close coordination with Copywriters.
• With a flair for Designing, should be able to create Innovative and Eye Catching Layouts.
• Ensuring the delivery of assignments in time.
• Work with Graphic Designers to assist them and ensure their continued development and be up-to-date with all emerging technologies, design techniques and software updates.
• Ability to define the creative vision and drive concepts to craft innovative interactive experiences.

Required Skills

• Bachelor in Fine Arts (Added Advantage)
• Expert proficiency in multiple design software, including Photoshop
• Develop Brand Communication Idea
• A strong online portfolio displaying user-centered design
• Expert knowledge of current web design trends and techniques
• Sharp eye for concept and execution as well as production and business facets
• Very good written and spoken English
