Freelance Customer Service Support
Job Summary
- Be able to work from home on a freelancer basis
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, live-chat or via email.
- Turning leads into sales.
- Handling queries from our customers
- Deal with courier companies for shipping queries and claims
- Native European Languages: Italian, France, German, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Portuguese, Spanish, Dutch, Norwegian.
Required Skills
- Excellent European language skills (spoken and written)
- Previous experience either directly within customer service or similar
- Good Communication
- Great at time management
- Well organised and have attention to detail
- Be Familiar with online retailing
- Ready to work from Monday to Saturday
